For 36 years I was looking at myself into the mirror, my heavy bones staring back at me. I knew – I am heavy framed. My bones would account for 40 pounds of my body weight at least, may be even 50 or 60, you know. And there is nothing I can do!
Ohooo – nothing can do… ohooo nothing can dooo… The merry song of nothing can do.
At the detox place in Thailand they put me on some bombastic scale with a steering wheel, which told me without unnecessary shame that my actual bone weight is 6.4 pounds, forehead probably accounting for 60% of the total..
Big bones you say? Nee. I am just overweight girls. O-V-E-R-W-E-I-G-H-T.
Off those pounds! OFF THOSE POUNDS!
