There is a mount of old broken stones in my yard. Old rubbish left by the landlord. I don’t like it. I wake up in the morning, have a breakfast, get out of the door, look at the rubbish mount and don’t like it. Every morning for the past 18 months.

My Queen’s Quest for Fitness, Fearlessness and Freedom did something to my brain. Last Sunday I took a bucket, filled it with stones and took them to the garbage disposal. Twelve buckets went away.

The mount is large and stones are heavy, therefore I figured that it would take me four weeks, twelve buckets a day.

Who would have known that getting fit enables you to shift mountains?!
