Chapter 82: Work kills horses.

I would love to go back in time 15 years and tell myself in person that – work kills horses, literally. And if it does not kill them – it makes them fat.

I have always been working a lot, taking up all possible projects, running heavy overtime. And if you would ask me what for, I would have no answer. Somehow I have learned that hard work equals success. While in reality – it is all about working smart; smart work equals success. Hard work on the other hand kills horses.

I am very much aware of this concept now. And … I am working hard on starting working smart.
