It seems like I may have found a way to add additional 235 calories to my daily burn. Ta-daaaa!!! Well, not that I really was looking for it, ok? I am just trying to dress it up in an acceptable way.
The thing is – I love to sleep. If it was up to me – I would sleep like a cat, 18 hours a day. Unfortunately I have not figured out a way yet how to make things happen while I am asleep. Coco does it all the time, although I have to say – she doesn’t need much sleep. But still she literally gets everything done while she is asleep.
I am a different story. I like to sleep and I get nothing done while I am asleep. This sleeping hobby of mine would be ok, if I would not have to go to work every day. Because now, apparently, there is not enough time in a day for everything I want to get done. So I have to get up early. At 5 am actually. And it adds 5 waking hours to my day, translated into 235 additional calories of daily burn. Bla-bla-bla-bla
I will tell you later what those five additional hours are to be used for. Have to go for 60 minutes jump, otherwise I will fall asleep.

While writing this post I fully ignored the fact that additional 5 hour of being awake will add additional 5 hours of temptation to eat something!!
