Two days down the road – minus two pounds. Perfect Tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day. Food – logging my calories intake @ www.loseit.com
I figured vacation period is the best for any kind of marathon. I quit smoking during vacation 12 months ago. Being on vacation eliminates the stress factor. Yesterday for example I felt very tired. No problem. I can rest as long as I need during vacation.
Today in the morning for the first time since a long time I felt like cooking. I made a salad out of carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower and lemon! OMG! This fresh smell of a lemon! I am waking up! I am definitely waking up!
