Chapter 65: Where I get stuck in a dress.

Third week of my weight loss marathon is done. According to Coco this is a very important milestone. The first three weeks serve habit establishment. Within these three weeks I am supposed to make sure daily rope jumping, wearing Perfect Tights and calories logging becomes my routine. It is very important not to skip any of those steps, not even once. It went quite ok, although today some weird voice was trying to persuade me that I deserve one day free of any exercise. “Yeah right, Mr. Saboteur. I deserve a skinny body – that’s what I deserve buddy.” – Though my reply.

Weight: minus 9 lbs (yes, it means that I am still stuck with all those stones). Thigh CMF: minus 1.2”, Hip CMF: minus 1.6”, Waist CMF: minus 2.8” I am officially one size smaller, in waist actually – two sizes. Time travel wise – still stuck in 2012 (for those among us who understand the concept).

Again (as always) I have done a dress test. I have this dress called Yang Liu Dress. The cut is quite loose; however one week ago I could not get in. Today I got in successfully. It is still quite tight, but come on – I’ve got in! Luckily my boyfriend was at home, because while taking it off I got stuck bad time half way the dress. He had to pull me out.

Routine: Perfect Tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Food – logging my calories intake @ www.loseit.com

Coco announced that my routine will change a bit few days later. She mentioned something about parcel she sent to me. I am very curious what is inside.
