Who would know that getting fit might be so exciting? I am completely absorbed by the process, enjoying it like an intricate mix of action & puzzle game.
4th week of the 20 pounds marathon is done and I am 20.3 lbs younger. I am officially allowed to throw away the second brick. Yeah!
And I guess there will be new instructions for the next 10 pounds Battle. I am going for 60 pounds weight loss altogether. It means 4 more Battles to go. Coco will be around one of these days to instruct me further.

Routine: Perfect Tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Steam sauna – 20 minutes per day.
Food – logging my calories intake @ www.loseit.com Two 8-16 fasting days per week, where 8 stands for 8 hour of food consumption and 16 for 16 hour of fasting in-between.
