I have lost 26 lbs fat so far.

Second week in a row was a very difficult one.

Stress at work. Stress at home. Crying involved.

Coco instructed me to spend 20 minutes meditating every morning to calm my mind.

She also instructed me to trust the universe as the universe has a plan for us even when our brain is running amok.

I lost 0.7 lb this week and was a bit upset about it. Then I tripped over my 22 pounds heavy backpack (the one loaded with the four remaining bricks), wrote this post and went out for two hours rope jumping, to compensate for no exercise yesterday.

This is an interesting development by the way – I can jump for 2 hours (12000 jumps) without stopping. Who cares about whatever? I am 26 pounds younger!

Routine: Same as last week but done only on half of all days. Perfect tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Steam sauna – 20 minutes per day. Hula hoop 9 min a day.
